 Bleaching In the Dentist's Chair by using conventional method

The dentist will complete the procedure entirely in his office in a single day. This is exactly as the home procedure but massively speeded up. Home Bleaching

The dentist molds vinyl tray to fit your teeth and then gives you a prescribed gel containing carbomide peroxide to put in the trays. You go home load the gel in the trays wear the trays in place for six to eight hours a day for 2-3 weeks. When the peroxide begins its work it introduces oxygen into the enamel of your teeth, literally bleaching any staining element present. Only natural or enamel can be whitened, veneer, crowns and filling can not be lightened. Obviously with this the best time is bedtime because there should be little interruption. The gel is a gentle solution and does not damage the tooth structure.

 It must always be noted that even if teeth are successfully whitened, retaining habits or exposing your teeth to vulnerable variables such as eating dark fruit or drinking coffee or smoking will only darken your teeth again.
